Work begins after payment is confirmed, or after a scoping call for engagements that require one.
Digital downloads (templates, guides, checklists, courses) are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final except where covered by our 7-Day Confidence Guarantee described on the Products page.
Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave. We do not store your card or bank details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout; currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by your bank or card issuer.
